OurStory

We love seeing the Swanee Theatre back in all of it's glory! Developers Kent Gregory & Ken Lingafelt had the amazing vision to take this 1930's theatre, in the heart of downtown Kannapolis, and remodel it to it's original state - down to the marquee and all. 

​

With the help of the city of Kannapolis, The Swanee Theatre is now home now to one of the most unique, and well equipped flex-space music and event venues in the region!
